Founded in 1991 by Jim Pease, J&J Roofing began with a simple mission: do the job right, treat customers with respect, and always stand behind the work. Jim started in contracting back in 1972, but his passion for quality led him to focus solely on residential roofing. Today, that same commitment carries on through his daughter, Terrie — a licensed builder who’s been with the company since day one.
